Pigs may not be able to fly, but they can swim. Pig farmers are training their swine to dive and swim to boost their immunity, increase their appetite and speed up their growth.
Huang Demin, a villager from Guanshan Village, Hunan province in central China, trains his pigs to swim because the meat produced from the specially-trained pigs are meant to be of better quality and taste, and are three times more expensive than ordinary pork.
Pig-diving has also become a tourist attraction.
