Executive Center, a serviced-office provider in Asia, said it launched its first center in the Raffles City Tower 2 in Chengdu, Sichuan province.

The Raffles City complex has office space, a five-star hotel, serviced apartments and a shopping mall.

The complex is connected to the metro interchange linking the New South Area and the city, with convenient access to Chengdu's Shuangliu International Airport.

"Since 2005, our business has grown by 261 percent compared with an industry average of 73 percent. We are continuing to grow across both existing and new China markets," said Paul Salnikow, chairman and chief executive officer of the company.

In major cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, the Executive Center is planning to open one additional new center each year.
