Chinese shares close lower Friday

BEIJING - Chinese shares closed lower on Friday, as the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index decreased 0.51 percent, or 10.32 points, to end at 2,010.85.

The Shenzhen Component Index lost 0.65 percent, or 51.24 points, to 7,843.36.
