Things you should know before going on shopping spree from overseas websites:

Overseas purchases require a credit card that allows foreign transactions, usually US dollar or euro. In the process of making payment transaction fee may be charged.

Stick with known stores, or attempt to find independent consumer reviews of their experiences.

Check out the refund and return policy before purchase; and whether there are hidden price inflators, such as excessive shipping and handling charges.

Double check price tag, make sure correct currency was used.
