China stresses 'open, transparent' management of State-owned assets
BEIJING - A guideline stipulating that the State Council should report management of State-owned assets to the National People's Congress Standing Committee was adopted at a meeting Monday.
It is aimed at ensuring the management of State-owned assets is open and transparent, thus enabling such resources to better serve development and benefit the people, according to a statement issued after the first meeting of the Leading Group for Deepening Overall Reform of the 19th Communist Party of China Central Committee.
