NDRC releases new car list

TheNational Development and Reform Commission(NDRC) recently released a new list of auto manufacturers and their products that are qualified to enter the market, including 10 of the latest designs of six auto manufacturers, such as the Xenia of Daihatsu Motor Company.

In the list, FAWJilinCompany’s two new cars with 1.3 and 1.5 liters engines are comparable to Xenia and will be included in market this summer. Prices range from 70,000 to 100,000 yuan (US$9,065 to 12,950).

Meanwhile, three designs of the FAW Corolla and Corolla EX series with 1.6 or 1.8 liter engines, Brilliance BMW’s 2.5 liter and MG 1.8 liter engines, as well as Chery’s 1.1 and 2.0 liter engines are all approved by NDRC and will be released this summer.
