French automaker Renault is waiting for the results of the negotiation between Volvo and Dongfeng to see what its next step is. Fiat is expecting the success of a joint venture between Iveco, its unit, and Shanghai Automotive Industry Corp this year. The joint venture will have a 67 percent stake in Chongqing Hongyan Motor, which will produce an Iveco heavy truck model called the Stralis in China. ...
