Hong Kong stock up to new record for a fourth day

Hong Kong's key stock index climbed to a record for a fourth day, boosted by news that China's securities regulator will allow brokerages to buy shares outside the mainland for the first time.

China Mobile Ltd led the gains. China Life Insurance Co gained after its asset management unit announced a partnership to invest in the property market.
