Realty firms to offer discounts in Beijing

Twenty-one real estate companies jointly embarked on a large-scale promotion in Beijing on Tuesday, with the maximum price discount reaching 2,700 yuan/sq m, Beijing Business Today reported.

Including the largest real estate developer China Vanke, these companies offered discount for 26 residential projects located in 10 districts, with the total area reaching 200,000 sq m.

The promotion, which will last until April 12, was jointly launched by Beijing Real Estate Association and five other influential associations.
