Updated: 2009-03-10 11:35 China's registered urban employment, or newly added jobs, was at a 3-year low of 380,000 in December, sliding from 840,000 in October and 550,000 in November. Minister of Human Resources and Social Security Yin Weimin said on Tuesday.
