BEIJING - China's quality watchdog said Friday Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company will recall the C-Quatre model from May 31 due to a problem with the 1.6L engine cooling fan.
The recall affects 53,459 units produced from Aug 31, 2009 to March 3, 2010, said a statement on the website of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (GAQSIQ).

The car maker will check and repair the defective engine cooling fans for free.
