Hong Kong stocks close 1.07% lower

Hong Kong stocks lost 241.91 points, or 1.07 percent, at 22,421.46 on Tuesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 22,387.92 and 22, 623.22. Turnover totaled HK$66.595 billion ($8.545 billion).
