Chinese stocks extend rally Tuesday

BEIJING -- Chinese stocks soared for the second day on Tuesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 2.69 percent, or 59.85 points, to close at 2,285.74.
The Shenzhen Component Index surged 3.75 percent, or 335.16 points, to finish at 9,281.25.
