Playing table tennis against robots does not guarantee an easy defeat. The 5-generation humanoid robots called Huitong, developed with cutting-edge technology by the Beijing Institute of Technology, can play several hundred rounds with humans. They are not only adept at playing ping-pong, but can also say hello, perform tai chi, and dance. About 160 cm tall and 63 kg, their figure and facial expressions are also vivid enough to rival human beings.
