Sales of new homes in Beijing hit 10,314 units in the first half of November, close to a record high in the first 15 days of June, real estate brokerage firm Century 21st said in a report on Friday.
Compared with the same period in October, transactions jumped 134 percent, indicating strong demand from self-use buyers.
"Property prices will likely remain stable in the coming months until March next year," said Zhang Lei, an analyst with Century 21st.
