Taikang Life-Johns Hopkins sign deal

Taikang Life Insurance Co Ltd, one of the country's top four life insurers, on Wednesday signed a deal with the Johns Hopkins Hospital, as part of its efforts to offer its clients better medical services.

The agreement, as part of Taikang's plan to build up global medical treatment chain for its policyholders, will provide its clients much easier access to receive medical care at Johns Hopkins Hospital, which has occupied the No 1 spot in the US for the past 21 years in a row.

Taikang Life plans to sign similar deals with leading hospitals in Germany, Switzerland, Japan, South Korea and Singapore.
