Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft Corp, is scheduled to visit Beijing next week amid a high-profile antitrust probe against the company's flagship products.

The company's new chief executive will attend public events during his stay in China, and will share opinions on technology and innovation, according to a Microsoft employee who is familiar with Nadella's itinerary.

Nadella is also most likely to knock on doors of Chinese officials as Microsoft's Windows operating system and Office software are under monopoly investigation in the country.

After China, the 47-year-old will head to India, according to Times of India newspaper. He will visit the Indian city of Hyderabad, his birthplace.
