What book are you currently reading?

David and Goliath by Malcom Gladwell. It is a book that focuses on the probability of improbable events occurring in situations where one outcome is greatly favored over the other.

What's the best way to break the ice with a Chinese businessman you have met for the first time?

A little bit of Chinese can go a long way in breaking the ice. Those few words will make them comfortable and the impression that the speaker understands their culture well.

What three phrases would you use to describe Chinese businessmen?

Focused on achieving their objectives. Open to engage in conversation without bias. Having a sense of purpose.

Three words to describe yourself?

Honest, patient and listener.

What's your understanding of the "China Dream"?

The great China dream is the nation's quest to flourish in the 21st century. I had written a nice blog about the topic. My China dream is to contribute to establish "Brand India" in China in the IT industry. Indian IT industry has established to be a global leader. However, we have not established a large presence in China. My dream is to contribute to building Infosys in China and be relevant for clients.
