A peek into train lunch boxes

The cold-chain packed meals usually have a sell-by time of 72 hours. The expired meals will be labeled, sent back to the production base and thrown away. Some lunch boxes with a sell-by time of three months are also offered to cope with some extreme cases such as passengers being stranded because of train delays.
