His suggestions included market penetration and the use of mobile Internet to improve people's livelihoods. He said the government should boost the use of mobile Internet and connect "people and public services digitally", especially in the areas of healthcare, education and pollution. The "smart livelihood" can make people's lives more convenient, lower costs for society and create more opportunities for entrepreneurs in the Internet sector, he added.
