Some of Amazon's visitors on April 1 were greeted by an odd sight, with the homepage redesigned to look exactly like it did in 1999 - 16 years ago. Yes, that's a surprise with a quasi-experience of time traveling. Sadly, clicking any link on its homepage will revert the site back to its current version. On top of the redesign, all book, music, and video recommendations were related to April Fools' Day.
