Wang Zhenquan, 35-year-old, is a post-80s. He retired from People's Armed Police due to an injury received on duty in 2002. After retirement, he worked in local chemical factory and then as a vendor at a toy stall. In 2009, he moved to Shandong to learn painting clay figurines. He succeed in making creative painting models after two years of trial and error. He then set up an online shop called "Boyang Figurine" on Alibaba and Taobao. With the application of "Internet plus" model, he is selling 30 times more online than he used to do offline.

His success has attracted more villagers to follow him. Wang also helped eight post-80s' veterans to register online shops via Internet plus. They sell native products and traditional artwares nationwide. "This is an innovative and entrepreneurial time, I should keep up with the time. As a Chinese army-man, I don't want to disgrace the army," said Wang.
