ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd, China's leading total solutions provider of internet content and application delivery services, launched its CHN-IX and Atecsys International Data Center in Beijing on Friday.

"The new mode of CHN-IX is the first of its kind in China and the high-end customizing orientation of Atecsys International Data Center is also rare in domestic market," said Wang Song, founder, chairman and CEO of ChinaCache.

Both of them would lead China's internet infrastructure sector and trigger the rise of a new Internet ecology, Wang added.

With technical support from Amsterdam Internet Exchange (AMS-IX), the world's largest internet exchange, ChinaCache's CHN-IX is based on International Internet Exchange's operation rules and technical standards.

"Through ChinaCache's cooperation with AMS-IX, the world-class internet exchange business system and trading experience will be introduced into China at the prime time, which will empower the domestic internet ecology," said Wang.

As the opening of domestic private broadband licenses and rapid development of internet companies are stimulating stronger demands for accessing internet exchange, CHN-IX's first access point has already been launched in Beijing at the end of 2015, followed by the second one in Guangzhou on April 22 and the third one to be launched in Shanghai in June.

In addition, the future will witness more access points of internet exchange to be launched in first-tier and second-tier core cities such as Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Shenzhen and Hangzhou to offer users the fast exchange of local content.

"Also, CHN-IX and Atecsys International Data Center will improve content service provider's ability of information management and operation," added Wang.
