Belarus sets goal to increase export to China
MINSK - Belarusian government has set a goal to increase the export of goods and services to China to amount of $1.5 billion in 2020, the government press service said on Tuesday.
According to the government's plans, the export of Belarusian goods and services to China would reach $653 million in 2017, $806.6 million in 2018, $1.06 billion in 2019, and $1.5 billion in 2020.
The largest contribution should be provided by Minsk Regional Executive Committee, with the amount of exports to China increasing from $390 million in 2017 to $930 million by 2020.
In 2016, the trade between Belarus and China amounted to about $2.6 billion, of which the Belarusian export to China reaching $500 million.
