Brad & Jen's house sells for $22.5 million

Finally got a buyer after lowering the price.
Finally selling their home, a year after filing for divorce and moving on. The buyer is an unknown foreign businessman he paid $22.5 million for the 12,000-sq.ft. French Normandy-style house. Just weeks before the boken-up couple decided to lower their first price because there was no bidders for several months. Originally they were asking $28 million.
The sale was the end of Brad and Jen. Their lives are no longer inter-twined. Aniston, 37, and Pitt, 42, bought their home for the low price of $13.5 million in 2001. They spent two years, while renovating it at the cost of $10 to $15 million. After they were done, the home, originally designed by famed architect Wallace Neff for the actor Fredric March, boasted a professional screening room, a spa, an art studio – and a room they had designated as the nursery, according to People AOL.
