Jolie: Pitt was 'scared to death' during birth
Talk about your nervous dad. A report set for publication this week will detail that expectant dad Brad Pitt was scared to death when the time came for Angelina Jolie to give birth. Actually the language was a bit more colorful.
Brad was scared sh***less
His calming influence - according to Star Magazine - was Jolie's brother James Haven who was present at the birth.
Brad may have had reason to be worried. A week before she was due, Angelina Jolie was checked into the hospital because she was already "uncomfortable and edgy" in the desert heat. And the reason they had to go in early and deliver was that the baby was breech, a published report claims.
Angelina described Brad during the delivery to a friend, "Everything was great. Brad was there the whole time. You should have seen his face. He was scared sh**less."
After giving birth to little Shiloh a source tells Star, Angelina told a friend "I'm so happy we did this and I told Brad so!" Even Brad was beaming, "He was so up from being at the birth and holding his new daughter! He had tears running down his cheeks!"
The Star then reports that James later telephoned Angelina's mom, Marcheline Bertrand, and Brad called his brother, Doug Pitt. Star details that "Doug wrote in an e-mail to his local Springfield, Mo., newspaper.
"We are really happy for them and the kids!"" Ever the charitable couple, Angelina and Brad donated 300,000 to "fund birthing programs for poor Namibians."
