Spears and Fed-Ex agree on kids
POP mum Britney Spears and estranged husband Kevin Federline have agreed a temporary custody arrangement for the month of January, court documents revealed.
Spears, 25, who filed for divorce from Federline in November, will share custody of the couple's two children, 15-month-old Sean Preston and four-month old Jayden James, the documents published by the TMZ.com website said.
While the children will continue to live with Spears, Federline, 28, will be granted access to them for four hours, three times a week, the papers showed. Federline has also allowed Spears to take the children to Florida for one-week later this month, the court order said.
Toxic and Oops! I did it again star Spears was reported to be facing a custody battle with Federline for the two children in the wake of her decision to file for divorce on November 6.
Analysts said Federline would seek custody as a tactical ploy aimed at securing a slice of Spears' fortune, estimated at around 120 million dollars by Forbes in 2004.
Reports have said Spears was protected against a costly settlement through an "iron-clad" pre-nuptial agreement.
Spears filed for divorce from Federline after a two-year marriage to the former back-up dancer, just two months after the birth of the couple's second child.
