Taylor Swift selling home
Taylor Swift is selling her Nashville mansion for $1.45 million.
The 21-year-old singer bought the four-bedroom property in native Tennessee for $1.4 million last September and has now put it back on the market for $50,000 more than she paid.
The house - which also comes with five bathrooms - is on a sprawling estate and features several gardens, a water fountain and an outdoor fireplace.
Inside, the property - which was built in 1929 - boasts original hardwood floors, custom woodwork and several magnificently ornate hand-crafted plaster ceilings, while the huge kitchen looks out of the pasture at the back of the house.
The country star also owns her parents' three-bedroom home in the same area, has a huge penthouse in central Nashville as well as a stunning $3.35 million home in Beverly Hills.
Sources say Taylor splashed out on the Los Angeles property to save on accommodation costs whenever she visits the city.
