Halle Berry's stalker sentenced
Halle Berry's stalker has been sentenced to 386 days in prison.
Richard Franco - who was arrested last July after the actress' private security caught him trespassing on her home in the Hollywood Hills - struck a deal with prosecutors by pleading no contest to felony stalking in exchange for dropping a felony burglary charge.
Franco has already served 193 days in jail, so will only have to stay behind bars for another 193 days.
According to gossip website TMZ.com, Franco was also sentenced to five years probation after he completes his sentence as well as one year of psychological therapy sessions.
The judge also extended Halle's three-year restraining order against Franco, which requires him to stay at least 200 yards away from her and her three-year-old daughter Nahla for the next 10 years.
Franco was caught on the property three times in three days, and on one occasion broke into her guest house.
He was also caught spying on Halle through a kitchen door, which caused her to call police.
