Gwyneth Paltrow's anti-wrinkle secret

Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed her secret weapon against wrinkles.

The 39-year-old actress maintains her flawless complexion by using British brand This Works and credits their No Wrinkles Get Started product with keeping her looking young.

Writing in her newsletter Goop, she explained: "This Works is a British brand that mixes in natural, high-quality ingredients into all of its formulas. Their No Wrinkles Get Started is a little anti-ageing starter pack with a super moisturiser and an active anti-wrinkle serum. They also do a lavender infused relaxing bath gel that I love, an excellent oil for dry legs and a super rich moisturiser which I use."

Gwyneth's beauty routine is low maintenance and along with using This Works products, she cites a good night's sleep as essential to looking good.

She previously said: "For me, sleep is a major thing. I don't always get it, and when I don't, I look like I've been hit by a truck."

She has also claimed she is not a fan of dieting, but doesn't have to watch what she eats as she exercises a lot.

Gwyneth claimed: "I had to work hard to get it like this, but now I'm here it's so great because I don't have to think about it. I can just enjoy life. What a relief is that."
