The 'Numb' singer has listed his Georgia mansion for $3.2 million which means his former spouse Tameka Foster will be evicted from the property.

According to TMZ, Usher's lawyer informed Tameka of his intention to sell the home - which he bought in 2007 when they were engaged - back in September.
The R&B star had allowed her to live at the home with their two sons, Usher Raymond V, four, and Naviyd, three, as part of their 2009 divorce settlement but now Usher has sole custody of the youngsters he wants the money the property is worth and feels he has given his ex-wife enough time to make other living arrangements.
The 12,544-square-foot home boasts seven bathrooms, six bedrooms, a pool, in-home gym and a library.
It was revealed last month Tameka has been threatened with eviction from the three retail spaces she rents in Georgia after she failed to pay her landlord the rent.
Antelope Valley Plaza (AVP) claims she owes almost $37,000, plus late charges and unpaid taxes - resulting in a total of nearly $50,000.
However Tameka, who runs a play area for children in the building, accused AVP of breaching their contract and requested for the case to be dropped.
