13 is Taylor Swift's lucky number. But maybe not this time.
A judge has lately ordered the singer to testify in the Lucky 13 trademark infringement lawsuit, according to media report on Thursday.
The Grammy-award winner was reportedly being sued by Orange County-based apparel company Lucky 13. Taylor Swift was quoted as saying "whenever a 13 comes up in my life, it's a good thing."
She cited examples like her birthday on December 13, turning 13 on Friday the 13th, and her self-titled 2006 debut going gold in 13 weeks. There were also more fluky instances like awards won while sitting in the 13th row, and her first No.1 song having a 13-second intro.
