LINGSHI, Shanxi, July 16 -- Eighteen miners were killed and 39 others were trapped in a coal mine blast which occurred at 4 p.m on July 15th in the Linjiazhuang Coal Mine of Jinzhong City in North China's Shanxi Province, confirmed local officials Sunday morning.
