the strong winds caused by Typhoon Kaemi by a street in Quanzhou, east
China's Fujian province July 25, 2006. Typhoon Kaemi slammed into China on
Tuesday, leading to the evacuation of over 500,000 in Fujian and Zhejiang
provinces, after triggering floods and cutting off power in parts of Taiwan.
