A baby kangaroo at Xiangjiang Safari has four mothers: A mother kangaroo and three animal keepers who adopted it.

When the baby kangaroo was only 5 months old, its mother was seriously ill.

The joey was taken out of its mother's pouch and nursed in a man-made bag by three human surrogate mothers.

They carry the baby on their backs in the daytime and feed it at night.

Feeding the joey six times a day is not an easy job. It needs not only punctual feeding, but also a proper feeding bottle.

Under the attentive care of the mothers, the joey is growing up healthily. When it is 1 year old, the mothers are considering moving it out of the quarantine room and allow it to mix with other kangaroos.

It is the first time a man-made bag has helped raise a kangaroo in Guangdong.
