A driver remained asleep even after causing a serious traffic accident in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, late last week.

The chain rear-end collision damaged three cars at a crossing when police were called in to investigate it. To the cops' surprise, the trouble-making driver was so drunk that he was sleeping like a log in his vehicle.

To wake him up, police kept pushing him for minutes until he awakened to what had happened.
