A 3-year-old boy climbed out the window of a three-storey kindergarten in Deyang of Sichuan Province last Thursday morning, just a few hours into his first day. The boy fell to the ground, but to doctors's surprise, he was almost unhurt except for a few flesh wounds on one arm. He even tried to stand up by himself after such an unthinkable soft landing, a witness said.

After falling from the window, he was stopped by an electrical wire outside the first floor, which greatly reduced his injuries.
