A law enforcement official takes pictures of an engineering ship
that discharged greasy waste water into the Dianchi Lake in Kunming, Yunnan
Province October 10, 2006, seriously polluting a lake area up to 13 hectares. It
was learned that this ship was actually "on a mission to clear up the lake".
Environmental protection authorities are investigating into the case.
