A lonely Hangzhou migrant worker on Saturday posted ads on telephone poles near his residence in a bid to find a future spouse.

Huang, 25, has worked as a driver in the city for three years. He didn't want to turn to expensive match-making companies that don't guarantee success.

A man called him soon after seeing one of the ads and wishing to speak with him on behalf of his daughter.
