University students in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, have organized a class to learn a local dialect to help them find jobs.

Li, a white-collar worker, from Hunan Province, is also taking the class to break down the language barrier at work.

Liu, an organizer of the class, said many local units first consider hiring people who can speak local dialect.
