Man wants penis cut off

A doctor has refused a 24-year-old man's request for him to cut off his penis, instead of referring him to a psychologist for help.

The man, from Kunming, Yunnan Province, split up with his girlfriend days ago. He saw her with another man and was so broken-hearted he went to a doctor with the request, saying he did not want a relationship with any other woman.
