Party's 17th National Congress starts closing session

Delegates wait to cast their votes at the closing session of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing October 21, 2007. The Closing Session was started at 9:00 am on Sunday, at which a new CPC Central Committee and the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection would be elected. [Xinhua]
