A 300,000-tonne oil tanker began unloading crude oil at about 11 am Thursday, marking the full restoration of port services after two oil pipelines exploded on July 16.

The tanker and oil pipelines were inspected for safety before the oil was unloaded.

The oil dock was the last facility to resume full operations.

The harbor received more than 130 tankers and ships between Tuesday evening and Thursday morning.
