Ten sets of lanterns in the shape of Expo 2010 pavilions lit up Shanghai's Longhua area February 27, adding a splash of color on China's traditional Lantern Festival.

The pavilions on show included those from China, Russia, Australia, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Luxembourg, Romania, Poland and USA.

All the lanterns at the Longhua Lantern Fair were made by craftsmen in Zigong, Sichuan Province.

Guessing lantern puzzles and enjoying dragon and lion dances were other attractions at the fair, which was organized by the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture, Radio, Film and Television, and the Xuhui District Government.
