ROK Business Pavilion plans something special

The Republic of Korea Business Pavilion is inviting couples, married or yet to get married, to express love towards their partners in celebration of Qixi Festival, or Chinese Valentine's Day, which falls on August 16 this year.

A special party will be hosted at the pavilion every Saturday night and the event will reach a climax on August 16 with the launching of wedding ceremonies of Chinese and ROK couples.

Those who want to attend the sweet event can forward their love stories and personal information to expo2010@kita.net or dial 021-3330-0561 for applications.

The organizers of the event hope to promote exchange and deepen friendship between Chinese and ROK people.

On Saturday, a man made his wedding proposal to his girlfriend at the pavilion amid applause from visitors.
