HONG KONG -- Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang will depart for Shanghai on October 20 to attend the opening ceremony of the Hong Kong Week at Expo 2010 Shanghai China, according to local government website on Friday.
Upon arrival, Tsang will officiate at the Hong Kong Week's opening ceremony at the Shanghai Expo Park. He will meet Shanghai government officials and tour the Expo.
Tsang will return to Hong Kong in the evening. During his absence, Chief Secretary for Administration Henry Tang will be Acting Chief Executive.
