3 killed, 27 injured as bus rolls down hillside

NANNING - Three people were confirmed dead and 27 more injured after a coach bus fell off a freeway along a hillside Sunday in South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.

The accident took place at 3 pm inside Luzhai of Liuzhou city, Guangxi, where the coach bus rolled down the hillside from the freeway linking Quanzhou in East China's Fujian province and Nanning of Guangxi, said a source from the general traffic police detachment of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional Department of Public Security.

Among the injured, four were in critical conditions, said the source, quoting medical workers of the local hospital.

The police is still investigating the cause of the accident.
