Rescue workers found the last body at 9 am Tuesday from the buried quarry, located in Quanzhou County near the tourist city of Guilin in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

The landslide hit the quarry at 1:30 pm on May 9, burying quarry workers resting in a makeshift dormitory. The county government has set up several teams to investigate the accident. Eighteen of the 22 victims had been identified by Tuesday, according to the county authority.

The quarry is nestled among the mountains in a remote part of Quanzhou, with few residents living nearby.

Rainstorms have wreaked havoc in many parts of Guangxi since early May. The local government has warned residents of potential geological disasters.
