Coal mine traffic accident kills 6 in N China

HOHHOT - Six miners were killed and eight others injured in an underground traffic accident in a coal mine in North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region early Friday morning, according to local authorities.

A tram carrying 14 miners at the Wusigedu coal mine crashed while turning. The mine is owned by Northern United Power Co of China Huangneng Group.
