E China workshop blast kills 5, injures 13

NANJING - Five people were killed and 13 others injured in a workshop blast in East China's Jiangsu province Saturday, the local government said.

The accident happened at Weiwei High Polymeric Materials Co, Ltd. in Taixing City at 11:20 am.

No other details are available at the moment.

The cause of the accident is being probed.
